Iceology is a game-changer when it comes to enjoying restaurant-quality cocktails at home and impressing guests! It's also the most user-friendly & affordable at-home clear ice maker on the market. So let's get started on creating perfectly clear cubes (or spheres!) with these tips:

Before first use, hand wash all ice molds & plastic shell with soap and water.

Step 1: Set silicone molds aside. Place hard plastic tray inside the foam shell, and fill to the top with tap water – no need to use boiled, hot or cold water!

Step 2: Slowly lower assembled silicone molds into the tray. For cubes: water level should be even with the inner silicone ledge For spheres: add more water through top opening if needed

Step 3: Place your iceology in the freezer with nothing on top of it. Make sure your freezer is set between 0-4 degrees Celsius (32-39 degrees Farenheit) Allow 12 hours for freezing (remove ice after 12 hours and store in an iceology tube or freezer bag.)

Step 4: When ice is completely frozen, remove from freezer and pull molds out of the tray, separate the molds to release your clear ice! • Allow ice to sit 1-2 minutes before pouring beverage, to prevent cracking.

For cleaning: Remove waste ice by removing the hard plastic tray from the foam shell, & microwave or allow time to melt until ice can be released. Plastic tray is microwave & dishwasher safe (foam shell is not!)

Troubleshooting: If your cubes or spheres are coming out cloudy, make sure your freezer is set to the correct temperature so that ice does not freeze too quickly, which can cause air bubbles.
