There’s nothing more satisfying than a rich, creamy pina colada in the summertime! This lighter, healthier version is no exception, and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes with the help of a few Dexas essentials. Even if you can’t make it to the beach, you’ll feel like you’ve escaped on a tropical adventure!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Frozen banana

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

¼ cup Pineapple juice

½ Coconut milk (From can)

4oz Gold Bacardi Rum 

To chop the pineapple we used our signature flexible Grippmats. They grip surfaces to avoid slipping while you slice, and easily bend for transferring ingredients from the mat to bowl or blender. 

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, & serve with your favorite garnish!
